This is a great book to get you motivated to get big if you don't know where to start, but it definitely lacks in some areas. There's a lot of errors which can distract from reading, and there could easily be a lot more in the book such as, what if I want to work out at home? How effective are body weight exercises like push ups? I also found the nutrition section not giving enough info on what to eat, when, and how much. All in all it's a good book and I actually enjoy the casual language use. It definitely is motivating me to be serious about working out, especially after seeing the authors transformation.To sum it up, honest effective advice for skinny guys. Worth the couple bucks.

Good workout regimen 3 weeks in
I first saw rico's transformation video a little over 6 months ago, me being in the same boat around 5'5 110 pounds at 16, i wanted to change. I haven't really followed a guide or had anybody to show me how to work out. Although i have been going to the gym i havent been very consistent with it or my eating. I now stand around 125lbs at 17 and want to follow rico's guide as i believe i will see great results. Now, after reading this book, I know exactly what to do and what it takes and im ready to do it!! THANKS RICO!!
